We offer both customised and non-customised products.
For personalised products, customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including names, text, dates, images, or any other details required for customisation.
Once a customised order has been processed or created, changes may not be possible.
The Pitara is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, delivery address, phone number, email address, and any personalisation details.
We reserve the right to contact you to verify your order before processing it.
An order is considered confirmed once the required payment or order verification has been completed.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders.
A partial payment of ₹300 is required in advance to confirm a COD order. The remaining amount must be paid at the time of delivery.
COD orders will be processed only after the required ₹300 partial payment has been received.
All product prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.
For prepaid orders, payment must be completed through the available online payment methods at checkout.
For COD orders, the applicable advance payment must be completed before the order is processed.
Orders are generally delivered within 4–7 business days.
A shipping charge of ₹50 applies to orders unless the order qualifies for free shipping.
Prepaid orders are eligible for free shipping.
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, high order volumes, or circumstances beyond our control.
Non-customised products may be eligible for return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the applicable conditions.
Customised products are generally not eligible for returns or refunds due to change of mind, incorrect details provided by the customer, or personal preference.
If a customised product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error from our side, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
All return, exchange, replacement, and refund requests are subject to verification by The Pitara team.

We make every effort to keep product information and availability up to date. However, products may occasionally become unavailable.
If an ordered product becomes unavailable, our team may contact you regarding an alternative, replacement, or applicable payment resolution.

For customised products, cancellation may not be possible once the customisation or production process has started.

However, we are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or other issues caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, incorrect customer information, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
