At The Pitara, every customer matters to us. We want you to love what you receive, which is why we have a simple and customer-friendly return, exchange, and refund policy.

1. Non-Customised Products

For products that are not customised, we offer a 7-day return or exchange window from the date of delivery.

You may request:

  • Exchange with another design or product, subject to availability
  • Return, where applicable
  • Replacement if the product is received damaged or defective

To be eligible, the product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition and packaging.

2. Customised Products

Since customised products are specially created according to your requirements, returns or refunds are generally not accepted in cases of:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect details provided by the customer
  • Personal preference

However, if your customised product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error from our side, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Replacement for Customised Products

After verification of the reported issue, The Pitara will arrange a replacement for a defective, damaged, or incorrectly made customised product.

If the replacement is also received damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. A further replacement or return will be considered only after verification and approval by our team.

3. Verification of Claims

For any damage, defect, return, exchange, or replacement request, we may ask you to provide:

  • Clear photographs or videos of the product
  • Photographs or videos of the packaging
  • Unboxing video, if available
  • Order details

All claims are subject to verification by the The Pitara team.

4. Refunds

Refunds are not applicable to customised products simply because of a change of mind or personal preference.

For eligible non-customised products, or in cases where a verified defect cannot reasonably be resolved through replacement or exchange, a refund may be issued according to the applicable order and payment terms.
